Hi, I'm Tom. I have been working in the health and social care setting since the age of 18. I have worked in a variety of different care settings. From domiciliary elderly care to young adult service users with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, down syndrome as well as many others. I have achieved my level 5 in health and social care, level 3 in first aid, training in medication, epilepsy, autism, mental health etc. Before turning 30 this year, I want to be able to say that I am making a difference in the care community. Therefore, my partner and I have decided that we want to introduce a new care system where the people are our priority, and everyone is treated as the individual they are.
